Low Fat Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon Tamari
1/2 Teaspoon Grated Lime Zest
1/2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon grated Fresh Gingerroot
1/2 Teaspoon Thai Chili Paste

Preparation:

1. In a small bowl or food processor, combine all ingredients.

2. Mix until smooth.

3. Use immediately.

4. Refrigerate extra sauce for up to 3 days.
